Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly plotting a summer raid on Tottenham for Eric Dier.
Mourinho is already making plans for the summer and is set to be given another huge transfer war chest. And, according to The Sun, he has identified Dier as one of his top targets.

Their report claims Mourinho sees the 23-year-old as the perfect successor to Michael Carrick in the centre of his midfield.
Dier is an important part of Mauricio Pochettino's squad and has made 37 appearances for the club this season.
But an offer in excess of £40million for the England international, who can also operate as a centre-back, could tempt Spurs into selling.
It would not be a problem for United finding that sort of money, with the club determined to bring the glory days back to Old Trafford.
