Miley Cyrus' mom is pretty hip and laidback about the singer's outfit choices, but when both boobs were out and covered only by black pasties and a tiny mesh top? That was where Tish Cyrus drew the line!

"That's the only one I really didn't like," was the one she wore to perform at the iHeartMusic Festival this past September in Las Vegas.

"I was there for that," the "Adore You" singer's 26-year-old sister Brandi Cyrus said, "and there was some tension."

Mama Tish might've tried (and failed) to get Miley to cover up a bit, but that doesn't mean she's any less fun than her famous daughter!

Police responded to a 911 call on Monday, Jan. 13 after the 36-year-old rapper confronted a teen who was reportedly screaming racial slurs at 'Ye's fiancée Kim Kardashian while the blond beauty was arriving to a design appointment.
